At New Leaf Products, we want you to love your new wardrobe. If you are not completely satisfied with your fashion purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box of your choice.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
